Payment on Delivery Orders

• POD orders are confirmed by our team before processing
Exchanges
1. Immediate return to rider if you don’t like: free, no extra delivery cost
2. After payment made:
• Within 24 hours: exchanges allowed, extra delivery fee applies
• 24–48 hours: exchanges allowed, extra delivery fee applies
• To process exchanges, contact the WhatsApp number that confirmed your order
• Delivery fee must be paid by the customer for exchange

• Payment required upfront
• Exchanges follow the same 24–48 hours timeline, delivery fees apply
